What This Site Collects, and Where It Goes
Written to describe what the site actually does, not to cover every hypothetical. Last reviewed October 2026.

The short version
This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, and sets no cookies of its own. The only personal data it collects is what you type into the quote form and send deliberately.
What the quote form collects
The fields on the form: your name, company, email, phone number, which phase of work you are asking about, the stage your design is at, your budget range, your timeline, and whatever you write in the description box.
It also contains one hidden field used to catch automated spam. If it is filled in the submission is discarded. Real visitors never see it.
Where that data goes
The form is not currently connected to a destination, so no submissions are being stored anywhere. If you submit it, the page tells you plainly that nothing was sent.
We use it to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. We do not sell it, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Where it is processed
Our workshop and the people reading your enquiry are in Vietnam. If you are writing from the United States or the EU, your enquiry is read and stored outside your country. A US entity is being set up but does not exist yet, so at present there is no US counterparty holding this data.
Project information and NDAs
Drawings, CAD files, market research and anything else you share about a product are covered by the non-disclosure agreement signed before detailed discussion begins. That agreement, not this page, governs how project material is handled — and it is the reason no client design appears anywhere on this site.
Third-party services this page loads
- Google Fonts — typefaces load from
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com. Your browser's request to Google includes your IP address. - Our hosting provider — the site is served as static files from a CDN, which processes standard server request logs.
Nothing else is embedded. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no chat widget, no third-party tracking of any kind.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while a project is live and afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting and contractual records. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted on request, and otherwise cleared periodically.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact form — a dedicated privacy contact address will be published here before the site goes live.
Children
This website is aimed at business customers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
